With a growing list of elite athletes wearing a 3DGuard, the number of sportspeople at all levels using our technology is rapidly expanding. From juniors, to amateurs, to professionals alike, our mouthguards have gained huge popularity compared to traditional mouthguards.  Each year we produce hundreds of mouthguards for local teams and individuals, as well as multiple professional teams. We were the initial contracted manufacturers for HitIQ Mouthguards (concussion measuring technology currently being trialled), and helped them learn our 3D focussed processes to innovate their design and manufacturing approach.

In the elite level, 3DGuard mouthguards are currently worn by many professional athletes, most notably in AFL, where in 2025 we are the mouthguard providers for the majority of Victorian AFL clubs.  We have also produced guards for Olympians, professional UFC fighters as well as a number of NRL clubs.
